Try Arch Linux LiveCD

Christopher Rogers (better known under the nickname "godane") issued Arch-live CD, Unofficial Arch Linux live CD with automatic hardware Xfce working environment and the graphical installers. Last released version is 20090524 (version 20090524) which contains: kernel 2.6.29.4, glibc 2.10.1, GCC 4.4.0, X. Org Server 1.6.1, Xfce 4.6.1, Firefox 3.0.10, GIMP 2.6.6 and some popular open source applications. Arch Linux is one of the most up-to-date Linux distributions and has a reputation as distribution which is easy to maintain thanks to its excellent Pacman package manager and repositories which are updated frequently.
