Windows Mobile 7 coming in 2010

According to information from Motorola, Windows Mobile 7 will not be finished before 2010 year, said Sanjay Jha (one of Motorola heads) at the press conference while commenting company business results. About the transition of Motorola to Android, Sanjay Jha announced that Motorola is still committed to Windows Mobile, but, according to the fact that next version of Microsoft mobile OS will not be released before 2010, focus is transferred to the Android. He added that the Android this year is "simply competitive." Motorola is interested for Android because of its processing capabilities. The company announced that they would like to modify the Google OS for their cellular phones to be stronger oriented to social networks. In parallel, came the announcement that the Motorola market share of mobile phones dropped to 6.5%, which means that they will lose their previous position, and on the scale they will fall to fifth place (behind LG's and Sony Ericsson).

There are three possibilities (of course the tips will work with certain conditions and if you are lucky): If you was regularly backup your contacts on your computer (for example in Outlook Contacts) with any kind of communication software before you lose your phone, you can easily restore your contacts to your new phone - just connect your phone to your computer and use software for Mobile - Computer synchronization (delivered with any modern phone). For phones operating without SIM cards: you cannot get your contacts back. This is why it's important to regularly make backups of the data contained in your cell phone on your computer. For phones operating with SIM cards: if you subscribe to a SIM save option, your mobile operator will be able to resend the data back to you. Of course, this will only work if your phone directory is saved on your SIM card. Some mobile operators offer this option but it isn't the case for all of them.
